Daughter of the Sea
This is about our connection to something bigger than oneself, whether we understand that to be community, God, the universe, culture, or by any other name. The hand has shattered to represent how as humans we go through uncontrollable events. Yet when we remember to support one another, offer rest and solace, we find joy and peace.
Installed by Forest for the Trees during their mural festival of the 2025 Seattle Art Fair Week, as part of their collection of exterior panels for the Pioneer Square neighborhood.
