Featured in the lobby of Enso Apartments, this mural greets residents with a serene Pacific Northwest Landscape balanced with the vitality of flowing water and koi. Enso is a Japanese Zen discipline of painting the moon with one continuous brushstroke, meant to serve as a mirror of the mind, reflecting one’s inner self and spiritual balance at the moment of creation. It is Spring, Mount Rainier is visible on a clear day and petals drift from above…that is, from the second-floor mural in the collaborative office space.
